How Returns Work

1. Contact Us Within 100 Days

Email support@annoell.com with your order number → We'll send a prepaid shipping label and instructions.

Returned items must be postmarked within 100 days of purchase.

2. Pack with Care 

Garden Beds: Must be uninstalled and disassembled

All Items: Must be in salable condition:

→ No cuts, stains, odors, or damage

→ Original packaging preferred

 (Non-salable returns will be declined without refund)

3. Ship It Back 

First return per order: Free shipping (use our label) 

Additional returns: You cover shipping costs

International: Duties non-refundable


Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly to get your garden growing sooner — please review the following cancellation windows:

  • Before Shipment Contact us at support@annoell.com as soon as possible with your order number. → Orders cancelled before shipment: Full refund issued within 3–5 business days → We'll do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun
  • After Shipment Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. → Please follow our standard return process above upon delivery → Return shipping costs may apply (see Step 3)
  • Custom or Made-to-Order Items These items cannot be cancelled once production has begun. → Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected: → Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days → You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed → If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, contact us at support@annoell.com
