How much does shipping cost to Alaska/Hawaii/P.O. Boxes?
Rates vary by weight/location. Email to support@annoell.com with your address, and we’ll reply with a quote in <24 hrs.
Which carriers do you use?
FedEx, UPS, or USPS – we choose the fastest option for your location. Carrier details will be in your tracking email.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Contact us for rates to your country, however you will need to be responsible for freight cost, customs/duties, which we’ll estimate upfront.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Email us within 1 hour of ordering! Later requests may not reach the warehouse in time.
Why don’t you offer free shipping everywhere?
Carrier costs to non-contiguous areas are 3-5x higher. We price these at cost – no markup!
Warranty
How do I file a warranty claim?
Email support@annoell.com with:
1️⃣ proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
2️⃣ Clear photos/video of the issue
We’ll respond within 48 hrs with a solution!
Does the warranty transfer if I sell my Annoell bed?
No, warranty only applies to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase.
Can the warranty terms change?
Yes, per U.S. law, Annoell may update terms. Current purchases always follow the warranty version at time of order. Check Warrenty-Policy for updates.
