We craft every Annoell product to thrive season after season. If your gear fails due to material or manufacturing defects within 2 years of purchase, we’ll repair or replace it – no charge.
(Labor costs for diagnosis/installation are not covered)

✓ Clear photos/video of the issue
Step 2
We’ll review within 48 hrs and guide you – replacement parts or a full swap, rooted in fairness.

What We Can’t Cover
Drops, collisions, excessive chemical damage, extreme weather exposure
DIY modifications, non-Annoell parts
Shipping damage, natural disasters, misuse
Report within 24 hrs of delivery with unboxing photos
