18" Tall 8x4 ft Metal Raised Garden Bed Best seller

I can’t say much about longevity, but this bed is sturdy. The metal panels appear thick, even compared to a known US-based competitor. The paint job is great. I like that it has a crimped edge rather than needing a rubber edge protector. Assembly is easy even by just one person, albeit lengthy. Hardware looks good quality and they threw a few extras in there. My only complaint is that the color seems off. Sure, not a huge detractor considering all the positives, but I thought for a moment they sent me the grey instead of the moss green. The green in the pictures definitely appears more vibrant to me. It’s my first metal bed, I look forward to observing how it does in terms of getting hot in the summer, paint chipping and rust in the coming years. But I am excited about its height/depth - partially because I’m not getting any younger and partially because I like to grow root vegetables that tend to run out of vertical growing space in my wooden beds. For those who like to buy US made, this is not. It’s Made in China.Also, I reached out to customer support about the color. They answered promptly. They assured me the color is consistent with what their moss green finish is supposed to look like and they are already considering ways to improve how they present their colors online.

The quality of the bed and the durability of coating are top notch! No sticky plastic to throw away and NO scratches. I bought 9 beds total and the garden looks amazing.

We plan to use this raised bed with our spring garden crops. It seems well made and durable. It is easy to set up and use. The depth of the bed is sufficient for numerous types of crops. The exterior is color coated and blends in well with our landscaping. The bed comes with all the hardware needed to set it up.

This garden container arrives as individual panels with a bag of nuts and screws. The metal side panels are well packaged to prevent scraping the rust resistant coating, which seems thick and very durable. The directions for assembly are very clear, and this went together quickly and easily. The only issue I encountered was needing to flip some of the panels to line up the pre-drilled holes perfectly. There definitely seemed to be a top and bottom, however, there was no way to differentiate other than seeing if the holes lined up. It would be helpful if the company could mark with a sticker which end is up/down. I started with the corner panels so the unit would stand up independently during assembly, but wait to tighten the screws until all panels are together. The wing nuts, while quick, only let you finger tighten the screws. Though, maybe this is needed so you don't overtighten and dent the metal panels. I chose the 10'x2' layout to fit along the front of my house, but you can also build this as a 4'x8' or 6'x6' container. The threaded support bars really strengthen the long sides and make them rigid. I used all 8 bars, even though the directions only reccomended 6 for the 10'x2' design. I put 3 in the middle, 3 on one side, and 2 on the other. I actually wish there was one more so I could have put 3 supports at each attachment point for optimal stability. The 18" depth will work great for the cherry tomato plants I intend to fill this raised garden bed with in the spring. The roots will have enough room to spread out to secure the robust upper growth, and the soil shouldn't dry out too quickly. This is a great alternative if you don't have good ground soil or just want a more convenient option as far as weed control. While The metal will eventually rust, I expect to get many years from this planter with the well applied coating. I do hope the company will send me one extra support rod for the middle before gardening season arrives.

Great garden bed, appears like it will hold up well to several years in NE Ohio seasons. Sturdy. The installation is tedious however, you have the option to make several different size configurations.

Loved this raised bed. It had set my garden up for summer. It also looks beautiful!

We love the 4 pack. One of the cool things is you can make it like the photo or you can make into a longer more narrow bed. The shipping was a bit wonky as we recieved 3 of the 4. I emailed and got a prompt reply and the 4th arrived a few days later. All in all it was a good experience.

These two raised beds were easy to put together and set up. I love that my strawberries are now out of the creeping charlie that threatens to crowd them out. I was so sick of weeding them. I filled with three layers of cardboard, then decaying logs to fill in space, and some great dirt found locally to fill within 4 inches to the top. I turned in 4 bags of composted cow manure and a large bag of peat moss, then transplanted the plants. They look beautiful, will be easy to work & take care of. I'll add straw to hold in moisture. Netting will keep birds from eating the berries when they ripen. Very sturdy, great quality. I pleased I spent my money on these! These didn't arrive in a couple of days but they arrived about 7 days earlier than I expected. Very happy customer!
